Order Cancellation 

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at:

  • If the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, the below return policy applies


Returns

Eligibility 

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Personalized or custom items are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged


How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@gtcreationslime.shop to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Securely package the item in its original packaging
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service


Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Only if the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label


Refunds

Eligibility
Refunds are issued only after:

  • The returned item is received
  • The item passes inspection and meets return conditions

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method
  • Additional delays may occur depending on the payment provider



Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent



Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages (Customer Responsibility)

If an order is returned to us due to customer-related issues, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Failure to respond to courier communication
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery

the order will be considered undeliverable due to customer responsibility.


In these cases:

  • Only the product cost will be refunded
  • Shipping costs will NOT be refunded under any circumstances

This is because the shipping service has already been completed and paid.

If the customer requests reshipment, a new shipping fee will be required.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs fees are not paid:

  • The package may be destroyed or returned
  • We are not responsible for reshipping the order
  • No refund will be issued 


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of: 
    • The package
    • All packaging materials
    • The items received

Claims without photographic evidence may not be accepted.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

If a returned item was purchased as a gift, a store credit voucher may be issued instead of a monetary refund.
